Right on Your Wrist
The Cadence companion app shows today's schedule on your Apple Watch. Filter by family member with the picker, swipe to skip an activity, and add the complication to your watch face for a live countdown to your next event. Changes sync instantly between watch and phone.

Tap the TV icon on iPad to launch Activity Board — a full-screen view with each family member's schedule in side-by-side columns, a live clock, and a "Next Up" banner. The screen stays awake, so it's perfect for a wall-mounted iPad in the kitchen or entryway.

Questions we hear the most.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Cadence doesn't have accounts, passwords, or email sign-ups. Open the app and start. Your data lives on your device and syncs through iCloud if you want.
What happens if I get a new phone?
If iCloud sync is on, your data moves with you automatically through Apple's secure CloudKit — we never see it. If iCloud is off, you can transfer via iPhone's built-in device migration or use Download My Data to back up and restore.
Is Cadence on Android?
Not yet. We're focused on making the Apple platform experience excellent first. Android is on the roadmap.
Can my partner see our family's schedule?
One subscription covers your whole Apple Family — anyone in your Family Sharing group can install and use Cadence at no extra cost. Each family member uses Cadence on their own iCloud account, so each person manages their own household data. Cross-household sharing (multiple parents editing the same schedule from separate Apple IDs) is on the roadmap.
How is this different from my calendar?
A calendar shows time slots. Cadence shows the full activity — who's involved, the cost, the registration deadline, the permission slip. Plus conflict detection and your weekly pre-read.
What devices does Cadence work on?
iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad with sidebar navigation and Activity Board mode (iPadOS 17+), and Apple Watch companion app with complication (watchOS 10+).
